Your Role
As a Project Manager, you will:
Manage projects end-to-end, including client outreach, coordination, planning, and execution.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder satisfaction.
Lead cross-functional teams in the development of software solutions, including web and mobile applications.
Develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
Collaborate closely with clients, developers, designers, and QA teams to drive project success.
Continuously optimise project processes and workflows as the company scales.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
Proven experience managing projects in a high-pressure environment.
A track record of leading end-to-end project delivery, preferably in the tech or software development industry.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and technical teams.
A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and contribute effectively.
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or Confluence (preferred but not mandatory).
