- Develop technical documentation for the product.
- Plan, write and edit content by interviewing and interacting with technical and subject matter experts.
- Research and translate technical information into user-oriented information for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Translate complex concepts into plain language.
- Learn the software to ask and determine what needs to be documented.
- Learn complex features and translate them into concise and thorough documentation.
- Work with product managers and engineers to produce and maintain product documentation.
