- Work with product and engineering teams to create innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Manage all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Generate original ideas to simplify complex design challenges and enhance user-friendliness.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Establish and advocate for design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
π₯π²πΎππΆπΏπ²πΊπ²π»ππ:
- 4-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Designing.
- Portfolio of design projects showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Understanding of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with developers.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field is preferred.
