Ui/ux Product/web Designer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Design and develop high-fidelity mockups, visual designs, and prototypes for Lead Flow Depot's products and web interfaces using tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Execute front-end development tasks, including coding in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to implement design visions into functional web elements
  • Lead the user experience design process, encompassing user research, wireframing, and prototyping, to ensure optimal usability and user satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to integrate user experience design into all stages of product development
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design, responsive and mobile design, and front-end development to continuously improve our products and practices
  • Participate in agile development cycles, providing design insights and iterations based on user feedback and analytical data
     

Qualifications:
 

  • Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in creating mockups, visual designs, and prototypes
  • Proficiency in front-end development, with solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • In-depth understanding of user experience design principles, including user research, wireframing, and prototyping
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with responsive and mobile design, ensuring optimal viewing and interaction across various devices
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies, able to adapt to rapid iteration and feedback cycles
