Job Description

We are seeking motivated and experienced professionals with expertise in Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing platforms to join our team and drive business growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and secure orders from Upwork.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals to potential clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of appeals.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience and expertise in working with Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of the platform's features, best practices, and project management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and freelancers.
  • Ability to identify and evaluate top talent based on portfolios, reviews, and ratings.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • The results-driven mindset with a focus on business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with various industries and their specific freelancing requirements is a plus.
