The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for managing and overseeing Upwork proposals and bids, creating proposals and templates. The Upwork Bidder will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide customized solutions to clients, and will work closely with project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Responsibilities: •
• Identify and cultivate potential leads on Upwork and other freelance platforms for software and services offered.
• Utilize Upwork platform to secure projects by submitting competitive bids.
• Daily monitoring of new postings on Upwork related to full-stack development.
• Crafting and submitting customized proposals that highlight our strengths and meet client needs.
• Communicating with potential clients to clarify project requirements and negotiate terms.
• Keeping track of all bids and follow-ups within Upwork's platform.
Client retention & up-selling. • Understanding client's requirements. • Maintain good relationships with the clients. • Reporting on bid outcomes and maintaining a high success rate.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
· Proven experience of 3 years as an Upwork bidder, specifically in the IT service Company (not in Product based company).
· Good understanding of software development processes and technologies
· Direct experience in sales of software and related services, with a proven track record of success.
· Ability to effectively organize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines and priorities.
· Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
· Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with clients and sales teams.
