We are Looking for an Entry-level UX/UI designer responsible for designing a robust user experience.
Role:
You will have an amazing opportunity to define the shape of our client's product. You will be responsible for conceiving, conducting user research, surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. The ideal candidate should also have an eye for clean and artful web & mobile design. He/She should also have superior user interface design skills. The successful candidate will be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. Requirements:
- Minimum one year of UX/UI design experience.
- Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
- Knows UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Understands user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
- Knows & Uses standard UX /UI software
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
- Excellent visual and UI design skills.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
- Basic Understanding of Web standards - HTML, CSS, Javascript (No Coding Needed)
- Full-time availability is a must. Strong self-management skills and product delivery ownership.
- Flexible in nature.
- Willing to learn new things and grow as an individual.
- Someone with an Arts & Design, Psychology, or Computer Science background is preferred but not essential
