Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for Siddiqi Hospitality that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Evaluate new use cases and recommend a way forward after end-to-end business cases. Able to work on strategic ambitions & Plan the roadmap of our company.
𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡:
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Partnership Building: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, distribution platforms, and other key players in the hospitality ecosystem. Represent Siddiqi by attending client meetings, presentations, and trade shows. Demonstrate soft skills and ability to collaborate and inspire others.
𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Identify, negotiate, and onboard potential partners as and when required
𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
Drive revenue growth by identifying scalable opportunities and exploring new revenue streams. Develop and execute five-year financial plans, including pricing and seasonal strategies, by account and by market.
𝐏𝐢𝐩𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities, track progress, and report regularly to the Executive team. Plan Campaigns and Promotions with concrete objectives. Prepare Impact Analyses and Pre-post analyses to evaluate the performance of the major initiatives. Responsible for end-to-end management of product launch pipeline.
𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
Collaborate closely with the IT, Operations marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.
𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Continuously improve user experience across all channels to improve engagement and ROI using customer behavior analysis using qualitative and quantitative methods. Create visibility and alignment among internal/external stakeholders for major activities and milestones.
