Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Web developer to join our Technology team! As a web developer at our company, you will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including working with WordPress themes and plugins. You should have an in-depth knowledge of front-end programming languages, BuddyBoss Plugins, Webflow UI Design, a good eye for aesthetics, and strong content management skills. Should know how to work on mobile versions of technologies. As part of our development team, you’d be responsible for building websites/web applications for different clients.

Designing and implementing new features and functionality
Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.
Monitoring the performance of the live website.
Troubleshooting content issues.
This position requires a combination of skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on).
Covert Figma Design into Webflow.
Requirements:
The candidate should have a strong GRAPHICS and web portfolio.
. 2-3 years of experience developing for the web Expert
Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, Bootstrap and jQuery.
Experience working with WordPress at a PHP code level.
Creation of plugins/widgets written to conform with WordPress coding standards.
Experience designing and developing responsive design websites.
Ability to code cross-browser/platform & Issues gracefully.
Ability to work with Photoshop / illustrator and similar design applications.
Respect of industry-accepted standards, specifications and best practices.
Ability to learn new interface techniques as needed
Experience working in an agile environment.
