Job Description
We are seeking a WordPress Developer to build modern and responsive websites. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the entire development life cycle, from conception to deployment.
As a WordPress Developer, you should be comfortable with front-end and back-end programming languages, API/plugin integration, and third-party themes and APIs. You must also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.
Responsibilities:
- Develop/maintain creative, responsive, and engaging websites.
- Develop/Modify Plugins.
- Implement APIs.
- Optimize website speed.
- Modify WordPress themes.
- Work with the managers to bring the client's vision to life.
- Monitor, track, analyze, and report on the performance of our client's websites.
- Liaise with clients via email or occasional scheduled Zoom calls.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to provide quick solutions.
- Confident in making strategic decisions.
- Creative and always think of what's new and trending with website designs, user experience, and user interface designs.
- Have an excellent eye for design and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, organized, accountable, and able to communicate effectively to work within tight timelines.
- Knowledge of building websites using Gutenberg, Elementor, WPbakery, Oxygen, etc.
- Must know how to set up WooCommerce and LMS.
- HTML, CSS, JQuery, Javascript.
- Knowledge of WordPress Hosting.
Requirements:
- Experience with WordPress builders and custom code
- Strong knowledge of Python, Javascript, PHP, CSS, HTML, and JQuery
- Experience with integrating and developing custom plugins
- Strong grasp of version control systems such as GIT
- Knowledge of API integration
- Knowledge of social app login integration
