Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with expertise in Website Development (primarily WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify) and Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, and more) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly websites while executing effective digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversion. This is an onsite role based on CST time, requiring a dedicated and results-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Website Development
- Design, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress (WooCommerce), Shopify, etc. ensuring responsiveness and functionality.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot website issues, perform updates, and ensure optimal performance.
- Integrate third-party tools and APIs to enhance website features.
- Optimize websites for speed, security, and cross-platform compatibility.
Digital Marketing
- Develop and implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, social media campaigns, and other digital marketing efforts.
- Conduct website analytics using tools like Google Analytics to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with the audience and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging, SEO-friendly content.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to develop effective digital strategies.
Requirements from Candidate
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in both website development and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in WordPress and WooCommerce development, including theme and plugin customization.
- Strong expertise in SEO, including tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
