As the website developer and CRM manager at Gunness & Associates, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and functionality of our website. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in web development and be adept at resolving technical issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our Suite CRM system to support efficient client management and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Development and Maintenance:
- Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring it remains up-to-date, secure, and visually appealing.
- Identify and resolve any bugs, glitches, or technical issues affecting the website's performance.
- Conduct regular audits of the website's technical aspects and implement improvements as needed. If needed, to solve any technical challenges and implement solutions.
- Implement strategies to enhance website speed and optimize the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement website updates and improvements.
Suite CRM Management:
- Oversee the administration of the Suite CRM system, ensuring its smooth operation.
- Address and resolve CRM-related issues promptly, optimizing performance for efficiency.
- Customize Suite CRM modules and functionalities according to the company's requirements.
- Implement security measures to safeguard the website and CRM system from potential threats.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
- Provide training and support to internal users on website and CRM functionalities.
- Document processes and procedures for reference and training purposes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- have proven experience in web development and website management.
- Experience with website optimization and performance improvement techniques.
- Strong expertise in managing Suite CRM, including customization, bug fixing, and optimization.
