Wordpress Developer

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly WordPress websites.
Customize existing themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
Collaborate with the design team to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
Implement custom features and functionalities using PHP and other relevant technologies.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Identify and resolve performance issues for optimal website speed and responsiveness.
Conduct regular site audits for security and performance improvements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and other developers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of WordPress projects.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus.
Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
Strong understanding of web security best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce).
Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Familiarity with server configurations and hosting environments.
Experience with website performance optimization tools.
