Job Description
We are seeking a skilled WordPress Troubleshooting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in diagnosing and resolving WordPress-related issues, ensuring optimal website performance, and providing exceptional support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to WordPress websites, including plugins, themes, and hosting environments.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.
- Assist clients with WordPress installation, configuration, and customization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality, including broken links, layout problems, and loading speed.
- Provide support for e-commerce functionalities, including payment gateways and product management.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement solutions and enhancements.
- Document troubleshooting processes and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
- Stay updated on the latest WordPress trends, updates, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with WordPress, including theme and plugin development.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience with web hosting environments and server management.
- Familiarity with common WordPress plugins (e.g., WooCommerce, Yoast SEO, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with website performance optimization tools (e.g., Google PageSpeed, GTmetrix).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with other content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
